EMOC went public in March 2006. From there we kicked off our 5 year growth campaign in August 2006. EMOC regularly updates our shareholders through a quarterly news letter and a national press release on large accomplishments so you can be aware of the latest and greatest involving our company.
We've battled through some difficulties caused by Illegal Naked Short selling of our stock. Naked Short selling is the selling of stock with the intent of not delivering or the selling of stock that doesn't exist. Unfortunately, although illegal, the laws are not enforced to protect public companies from the criminals that participate in these illegal activities. EMOC is battling to expose illegal short selling and make those in charge realize that public companies around the US are tired of those in charge turning their backs on illegal activities.
Early in 2007 EMOC changed the way our stock certificates are structured. EMOC copyrighted our stock certificates with trademarked products that are noted on each certificate. If the people in charge of the markets are not going to enforce the security laws, then EMOC is changing our structure to laws that can be enforced! Copyright laws are very strict and allow EMOC to build a case against those the deliberately
misuse our copyrighted products. Consequences included fines and even seizure of the guilty parties assets. Since May 2007 EMOC has hired www.buyins.net to expose the illegal misuse of EMOC's copyrighted products. Buyins.net are the leaders in exposing short sales involving the US markets. Additionally, in February 2008, EMOC reversed it's stock by a margin of 3000/1 to put a hault to illegal short selling. Now, it's time to move forward!
On another note, EMOC has developed the first of it's kind, commercial security vehicle that we call the "ESV" or "Extreme Security Vehicle" for specific use in homeland security applications including Border Patrol. This vehicle will be demonstrated in the near future for Security agencies to see what can really solve their Extreme Vehicle needs.

EMOC is excited about the developments with the current Extreme Security Vehicle
project as we have invested thousands of hours of engineering into this project.
Throughout this process, we have considered the needs of private and government security agencies.
We are currently in the process of addressing concerns that no other vehicle on the market today
will address. We're excited about releasing this vehicle for availability to these organizations in the near future. In the meantime, stay tuned for future details and information.
